Trash will NOT be collected on Memorial Day. The next trash collection will be Thursday, May 28th. Recycling will slide back one day and will be collected on Saturday, May 30th.

The May meeting will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Clubhouse – 13665 Ansel Terrace, Germantown, MD 20874.

All homeowners and residents are welcome to attend the Board of Directors meetings.  Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held in person at the clubhouse at 13665 Ansel Terrace.  The upcoming meeting dates are: 2026March 19, 2026May 21, 2026August 20, 2026September 17, 2026November 19, 2026
