The March meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Clubhouse – 13665 Ansel Terrace, Germantown, MD 20874.

All homeowners and residents are welcome to attend the Board of Directors meetings.  Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held in person at the clubhouse at 13665 Ansel Terrace.  The upcoming meeting dates are: 2026March 19, 2026May 21, 2026August 20, 2026September 17, 2026November 19, 2026
