Clubhouse

The Clopper’s Mill West Clubhouse is located at 13665 Ansel Terrace, Germantown, Maryland 20874, in front of the community pool. 

Clopper’s Mill West residents, owners and youth community based non-profit clubs (e.g. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Brownies) can reserve the clubhouse for events.  The facility is also where many Board and committee meetings are held.

If you would like to rent the clubhouse, visit our Reservations page to confirm that it is available on the day of your event and to submit a reservation request.
