Pool

The community pool is located at 13665 Ansel Terrace, Germantown, Maryland  20874.  The phone number is (301) 540-1632 (emergencies only).

All pool members 1 year of age and older must be registered to use the pool.  A new pool pass application must be submitted each year.

Paper passes will not be issued.  Mobile pool passes will be reactivated each season, provided that you submit a pool pass application and you are a resident in good standing with no outstanding HOA fines.  Residents must complete an application for a mobile pass each year.

The lifeguards will also be able to look up your membership at the pool using your name or address if you don’t have your pass with you.

Before starting your pool pass application, be sure to have the following information:

• Name and birth date of each applicant
• Photo (head shot) of each applicant
• A completed Babysitters Permission Form to authorize your child(ren) to attend the pool with a babysitter
